Friends of Calvin Lee F-O-C-L

This was a peer group formed by Modesto and Turlock friends of Calvin Lee in April 2006.

Formed in Apriil 2006 in response to what was considered be a business decision between Calvin Lee and McHenry Medical Group.
The idea originated with two politically minded medical colleagues in Turlock, then expanded rapidly throughout Modesto. The even includes two lawyers.
Originally they wanted to place ads throughout Modesto and surrounding areas however, this idea was not approved by Dr. Calvin Lee.
Later ads were taken to support his new business venture on his own: Surgical Artistry, Inc. The first ads appeared after he separated with McHenry Medical Group. To this date the ads are repeating and appear in various organizations such as the Youth Orchestra of Modesto. The ads make no reference to McHenry Medical Group.
This group was formed without the consent of Calvin Lee, but he knows of the existence of this group.
Dr. Lee's last day with McHenry Medical Group was May 24, 2006. Surgical Artistry, Inc became the name of his company which eventually joined with Tzuying Tammy Wu, MD Inc. the company started by his wife for Plastic Surgery in February 2006.
Dr. Lee eventually decided to join this group of his "for fun" in April 2007 - one year after being on his own.
